研究领域:天然产物精深加工与功能活性评价

个人简介:长期聚焦天然活性物质的提取、改性及功能强化研究,尤其在微胶囊化、纳米载体递送系统开发及天然产物活性机理领域积累了扎实的理论基础与实践经验。负责和参与3项省级项目,近年来在Food & Function, Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, International Journal of Pharmaceutics, Molecular CarcinogenesisEnvironmental Pollution等国际学术杂志发表多篇论文,涵盖纳米乳液、多孔载体及天然产物活性机制等方向,其中以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI论文9篇。
