个人简介:长期从事果蔬采后生物学,果蔬贮藏与物流保鲜技术研发工作。主持完成国家级项目1项,省部级项目1项;授权发明专利1项,发表论文20余篇,其中SCI收录16篇。担任《Postharvest Biology and Technology》《现代食品科技》等学术期刊的审稿专家。
