胡卫成,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2011年博士毕业于韩国KangwonNational University2011–2013年在韩国NutraceuticalBioBK21事业团从事博士后研究工作。目前主要从事利用现代分离技术、食品功能学评价和药理药效学技术等对天然产物的功能性成分进行提取、分离及工程化制备等方面的研究工作。现主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑子课题、国家星火计划等项目多项。在Foodand Chemical ToxicologyHolzforschungFoodChemistryFoodFunction Journalof Nature ProductionsSCI期刊上发表论文27篇。
